|
Submitting job(s) to PriZm Imaging automatically constitutes an agreement by customers
to the following terms and conditions.
TERMS
PREPAID: Paid in advance upon receiving customer material.
COD: 50% deposit on orders over $500 when placing order, balance is due upon receipt
of job.
OPEN: NET 15-Days on approved credit only. Customer must submit a complete credit
application. Payment is due and payable from the first day of the invoice date.
A 1.5% (18% APR) monthly service charge will be billed to your account on invoices
that are past 30 days. Payment by credit card for open account customers on invoice(s)
due are subject to a 5% surcharge.
NSF FEE
Should any Customer's check(s) be returned unpaid by their bank, Customer agrees
to pay Twenty-Five Dollars ($25.00) for each check returned to PriZm Imaging as
a handling charge.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By submitting any film, artwork, or computer hardware including removable media
and hard disk drives to PriZm Imaging for scanning, color separations, printing,
manipulation, laminating, and mounting or any other services, customers agree that
any physical damages to, or loss of the submitted properties by PriZm Imaging only
entitle customers to the physical value of the raw materials such as the cost of
equivalent quantity ink, paper, unexposed film, and/or blank storage media.
QUOTES
Verbal estimates must be verified by a written quote. Any estimates (verball
or written)
given prior to receipt of materials will be superseded by the written quote generated
after receipt of materials. All quotes are on Print As-Is basis unless otherwise
stated in the quote.
NORMAL TURNAROUND TIME
Normal turnaround time is stated for each service. Normal turnaround is based on
in-plant time excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. If customer requests for
guaranteed turnaround in lesser time than our normal turnaround, a rush charge will
apply. See Rush Service for details. Improperly prepared, incomplete and/or problem
file(s) may delay your job and may be subject to additional charges. See Print Error
for more details. Please be aware that when print errors occur, job may be delayed
and a rush charge may apply if customer demands the job to be done by the original
promised time. Delivery service requires an additional 24-hour turnaround for scheduling.

RUSH SERVICE
Rush services are available at additional cost. Rush charges are necessary due to
the need of rescheduling other jobs, overtime labor due to rescheduling other jobs,
and the special attention and additional materials they require. Rush services are
based on business hours. Rush charges are based on a percentage of the final job
unless otherwise stated in writing. Call your customer service representative for
price quotation and confirm the available schedule. Please be aware that when Print
Error or Unnprintable File occurs with a rush job, the rush charge remains applicable
even when the job is completed after the promised rush turnaround time. Delivery
service requires an additional 24-hour turnaround. See Delivery Service for more
information.
PRINT-AS-IS
All print jobs will be processed on Print-As-Is basis unless otherwise stated in
a written quote. Definitions of Print-As-Is vary depending on the origin of the
file and may include three or more of the following tasks: Opening File, Set-Up
the Printing Parameters, Install Customer Supplied Fonts, Re-Establish Links, Compare
the Proof Supplied by Customer to the Monitor for obvious discrepancy, and Print
the file. However, we don just open the file and print (Print No Matter What), we
make sure that we have all the elements before we proceed to printing. We will notify
you if we are unable to print your file. Updating Images, Special Trapping, Troubleshooting,
Color Correction, Spell Check, Grammar, and any corrective actions are NOT INCLUDED
with any price unless otherwise stated in writing. We will call you for quotation
and confirmation when print error(s) occurs.
UNPRINTABLE FILE
Files are considered unprintable when one or more of the following occurs: 1) Improper
file preparation; 2) Missing file(s); 3) Missing font(s); 4) Corrupt file(s); 5)
Incompatibility between software and/or hardware; 6) Unknown or new problems that
has never happen before. Unprintable files will require corrective action by the
customer or by our technician at a fee. Customer will be notified for such problems.
PRINT ERROR
Because of the complicated nature of computer hardware & software of digital
imaging, print error(s) can occur due to many reasons. Improper file preparation,
missing file(s), missing fonts, corrupted files, and incompatibilities between different
software/hardware are the known causes to print errors. Please be aware that Customer
is fully responsible for the full price of the error print(s) if the error(s) are
caused by customer failing to properly prepare the file. |
